      REH Headshot Rhondda Evans Hartman was a Public Health Nurse before becoming a homemaker and mother. For 25 years she taught classes, as well as trained and supervised other teachers in husband-caoched childbirth for Dr. Robert A. Bradley in his Obstetrical Medical Practice in Denver, Colorado.   Rhondda is on the Advisory Board of the American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth, The Bradley Method®. She is a Charter Member and past president of La Leche League of Colorado and was a meeting leader for many years. Rhondda and Dr. Bradley were frequent speakers at national Natural Childbirth conferences, and Rhondda has been a guest on national television in both the United States and Canada.

         Speaker_Jen Jennifer Hoeprich is a mama to a rambunctious 10-year-old chess master.  She is also a women’s healer, a self-care enthusiast, and an unconditional love reveler.   She offers meditation training, chakra balancing, and hypnotherapy for fertility, pregnancy, birth prep, postpartum, breastfeeding, and mamahood at Moxie Meditation, and is also a licensed midwife at Moxie Midwifery.  Jennifer enjoys playing guitar and singing goddess songs, as well as “Fat Bottomed Girls” by Queen (a personal theme song.)  Her greatest joy is empowering women to recognize their beauty, strength, and unique gifts to the world.

      Speaker_Newell  Trent Newell is placenta encapsulation specialist and together with his wife, Kari, are natural childbirth teachers living in San Tan Valley, AZ. By day, he teaches mathematics and Chinese language in a local high school. On evenings, weekends, and school breaks, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kari, and their amazing boy, Eugene. He also enjoys cooking, playing classical guitar, and researching Chinese martial arts and traditional Chinese medicine in his spare time.  May you be well!  May you be happy!  May you know love!

Laura Dugovic, doula and childbirth educator

Speaker_Laura Laura Dugovic is a doula and a certified child birth educator.  She attended 25 beautiful births last year while serving as a doula to the women in her community. She is honored to have educated over 600 couples through her childbirth classes over the past 18 months.  She has also been educating about the powerful benefits of essential oils for the past few years. She has taught essential oils classes in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado and loves showing women how to utilize these oils in pregnancy, postpartum, and also with their growing babies and familes in a safe and effective manner.

NBMBB_Headshot Joni Rubinstein, M.Ed., is a wife, mother and elementary school counselor. Inspired by a poem she read to her three children on the eve of their birthdays many years ago, Rubinstein wrote The Night Before My Birthday Book to share a new birthday eve ritual and create a tradition to share with other families.   Rubinstein has also produced the videos Health Touch: Infant Massage for Teenage Parents and Bonding Through Touch: Infant Massage for Adoptive Families. She is committed to supporting families in creating new traditions that celebrate love, respect and attachment. Belinda Hodder, CNM, MSN, is a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and an OB-Gyn Nurse-Practitioner specialist as a Nurse-Midwife. She has a nursing and midwifery career that reaches back the late Eighties. Belinda graduated from Llanelli School of Nursing (Wales, UK) in 1988 as a Registered Nurse. In 1988 she began her military career in the British Army joining the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps and serving for 9 years. During this time she was decorated with the Gulf War Medal. The birth of her first son was to see the end of her military career and the start of a career in Midwifery. In 2006, Belinda relocated to Arizona with her family and attended Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing graduating in 2010 as a Certified Nurse-Midwife/Master of Science in Nursing, Over the span of her career, she has assisted thousands of women and their families in making health care choices. Her passion is women’s healthcare and advocacy. It is her belief that during pregnancy and childbirth women can feel vulnerable advocacy at this time is essential.
