We are honored to be able to host an event to inform families about healthy pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting choices that are in-line with Dr. Bradley’s philosophy of “It’s Not Nice to Fool Mother Nature”.

While Dr. Bradley was an advocate for natural birth, he was also an advocate for healthy pregnancies and a healthy lifestyle.  It is our hope that no matter how your birth story unfolded on your child’s Birth-Day, that you will feel that this is an event where you can come learn and expand your knowledge about the options available to you if you are interested in fostering a healthy and low-risk lifestyle for you and your growing family.

We are working to bring you some of the very best in local and small business exhibitors and vendors who are knowledgable in their particular field as it relates to green living.  They will be on hand throughout the day to answer your questions about how you can incorporate their information and/or product into your daily routine.

We will be offering seminars geared towards having healthy and low-risk pregnancies, postpartum, and family life.  If you are expecting, there is an incredible opportunity to Meet+Greet doulas in our Doula Lightning Round.  Food trucks will be available if you choose not to pack a picnic lunch.

This is an event for the whole family to enjoy.  Several of our Exhibitors are offering crafts of activities for the children to enjoy and make it a fun day for them, too.  From story time to games to make and take crafts – this is an event designed to be fun for the whole family.

GETTING TO THE EVENT:

Irish Cultural Center

You can take the light rail to the Roosevelt Station

If you are coming from the south, the light rail track doesn’t allow a left turn into the Irish Cultural Center.  You can make a U-turn at the next light and turn back for access to the Center and parking.

Parking:
There is limited parking adjacent to the Irish Cultural Center.  Guests are also welcome to park at the hotel next door (under construction – we have clearance for event parking).
